MY PET DISAPPEARED

Progress is tied to this browser and device. Check that you are using the same browser, not Private Browsing, and have not cleared website data. Import a Journal backup if one exists.

THE GAME WILL NOT INSTALL

On iPhone, open the site in Safari, use Share, choose Add to Home Screen, enable Open as Web App, and tap Add. On supported Android browsers, use the Install app or Add to Home screen option.

SOUND DOES NOT START

Mobile browsers require a tap before audio begins. Tap the egg or Rizo, then verify SOUND is enabled in Journal → More.

ADS OR REWARDED CARE DO NOT LOAD

Ads may be unavailable because advertising is disabled, the site is awaiting approval, no ad inventory exists, a blocker is active, consent is unresolved, or the network is offline. No reward is removed when an ad fails.

REPORTING A BUG

Include your device, browser, what you tapped, what you expected, and a screenshot. Before launch, replace this with a monitored support email. You may also copy your Keeper statistics from the Journal.
